DAY 1
At a pre-arranged time you will be met by your driver and guide and driven 46km south-west of the capital to the Manzshir Monastery, which is within the Bogd Khaan National Park. It is one of the oldest National Parks in the World and it has enjoyed state protection since 1778. On arrival you will have lunch at the camp. After lunch we will hike in the valley called Tsetseguun. Dinner and overnight at a small campsite. .

DAY 2
After breakfast we will start climbing to the peak of the Bogd Khaan Uul(mountain). The mountain is at the south-western end of the Khentii Mountain Range. The peak is mostly covered with Siberian Larch. It will take 3 hours to get to the top. After having a good lunch there, we will hike back to our camp. Dinner and overnight at the tented camp.

DAY 3
Another hike will be taken today to the Artsat Valley which is on other side of the mountain close to the city via Mount Baruun Shireet and Mount Zuun Shireet. The mountain of Bogd Khaan has over 220 species of herbs. Red Deer, Musk Deer, Siberian Deer, Siberian Ibex Wild Boars, the Common Buzzard, Woodpeckers and Storks have all been recorded here. We will meet our support vehicles at the Artsat valley and have dinner and overnight at a small campsite.

DAY 4
After breakfast we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar.
